| Policies and Procedures A 50% deposit required at the time of booking, if reservation made 4 weeks or more in advance. A 100% deposit required if reservation made less than 4 weeks in advance. Cancellation Policy - Full deposit refunded minus 10% processing fee if cancellation made 30 days or more ahead of reservation. Otherwise deposit is refunded if the dates are rebooked, minus a 10% processing fee. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Cleaning fee is included in the cost of your
